Meet Bill & Christine
Meet Grandpa Bill & Grandma Christine, the beloved couple behind Dragon Palace. Long-time residents of Chetwynd, BC, they've been proudly serving the community since 1988.
Bill, a lifelong cook, has honed his craft across Hong Kong, the U.S., and Canada, bringing a wealth of flavors to every dish. Christine, a former Cantonese opera actress, infuses the restaurant with her artistic flair, creating an atmosphere as rich and welcoming as the food.
