Bill's journey as a cook spans continents. From the bustling kitchens of Hong Kong to restaurants across the United States and Canada, he's spent a lifetime perfecting his craft. Every dish at Dragon Palace reflects that experience, from the crispy perfection of his sweet and sour pork to the sizzle of a hand-cut New York strip.

Christine, a former Cantonese opera actress, brings an artistic eye to everything she touches. Her warmth fills the dining room, from the carefully chosen decor to the way she greets regulars by name.
